A Supporter is someone who purchases the Service. The Service provides Supporters with the option to support the Dare IT organisation and its initiatives.
As a Supporter, you’re joining an exciting movement to support Dare IT while you get special benefits, like merchandise (when offered), exclusivity, access and engaging experiences with us, the Dare IT creators.
In exchange, you pay Dare IT on a monthly subscription basis. To become a Supporter, simply choose the monthly amount with which you’d like to support us, add your payment details, confirm your subscription and start supporting Dare IT!
There are three types of monthly subscriptions. You can see the details of each subscription on our website (dareit.io/wspieraj-nas) as you select the subscription. On your receipt, which we send you after each successful payment, you will see the name of the subscription which you have chosen. You can see a full list of what is included in the subscription by looking up the subscription name on our website (dareit.io/wspieraj-nas).
You may cancel or change your subscription payments at any time. Terminating or lowering the tier support of subscription will go into effect in the subsequent (not current) payment term. Increasing your payment to a higher tier level will also go into effect in the subsequent (not current) payment term.
You can cancel, lower or increase your subscription by contacting us at email@example.com.
Canceling your support will result in your loss of access to Supporter benefits. These include when you cancel your subscription, your payment method fails, Dare IT blocks you, or we delete the Dare IT account.
All subscriptions are inclusive of Polish VAT (23%). Dare IT remits all tax collected to the applicable taxing authority.
Our policy is No Refunds, though we will allow for some exceptions where refunds are granted in our sole discretion.
If you wish to file a complaint, you can do that by emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to your complaint within 30 working days.
We may revise these Terms of Service at any time in our sole discretion by posting such revised Terms of Service on dareit.io and by informing you about the changes on the email address you provided to us. Such revisions shall be effective and binding on you upon posting, unless explicitly stated otherwise by us. Your continued use of the Service following changes to these Terms of Service constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms of Service.
